A HUGE part of being an advocate for women + motherhood, is to draw attention to the importance of our own health. Mental. Physical. Spiritual. Be comfortable in allowing yourself to not always be last. If you are struggling, it's okay to ask for help. Do things for yourself daily, to make yourself a happier, healthier person. After my own struggle with depression, this is my personal journey to living a healthier, happier life.
