3 Ways Mamas Can Save Time

You hear me preach it to you, and it won't be stopping any time soon. I'm a huge advocate for self care and making sure you are taking care of you while you hustle those goals and make those dreams a reality. Listen, self care isn't all about pampering, it's about taking care of yourself mentally and physically. I find that the perfect self-care regimen comes from being smart with my work load and my time. 

Here are three ways I save time during a busy week!  


Plan, plan, plan! I know it's not the funnest of activities, but it really does give you a mental break throughout the week because it's one less thing you have to worry about. That is self care, you guys. Less stress means better health. So batch create your content if you have a blog or projects you're working on. Meal prep for the week and schedule in your workouts so you know that time is already accounted for. 


Make the most of your time. I swear by blow outs because they make my hair feel great for days and I always look professional for meetings. Pro tip, though... get your hair and nails done at the same place if you can! It saves so much time and energy, and you'll be ready to go all week. I personally love about Glamour Gels because my manicures and pedicures will last 3 weeks and it's easy for me to get my hair blown out at the same time!! They also use Oribe products and the royal blowout is life! It cuts your blow drying time in half! The atmosphere is the best and if you are local check them out!

Schedule out everything in your calendar. Don't make to-do lists, because those things can be put off! Schedule your tasks like appointments, so that way you know you can't miss them. It helps alleviate the stress of trying to figure out when you're going to fit everything in. If there's no time for it, then you say no, I'll have to schedule this for next week. Prioritize!
