My favorite way to relax these days is taking a spirtutal bath. Making that time sacred, quiet, and relaxing. Taking me away from anything that may have interfered with my vibes during the day.  

Fresh flowers, along with milk, Himalayan sea salt and essential oils makes the perfect bath to recover and pamper yourself.   In many cultures Spiritual baths are used to heal almost any emotional, mental, or physical illness. Using the time to really draw out any negativity the day may bring.  Focusing on your intentions and making the most of that quiet time brings a peaceful and rewarding mindset.  It will change your whole day, I promise..  

A cup of tea, affirmations, relaxing music...
